Negative: Staff should have checked the cottage - we had no heat and temperatures went to low forties both nights. Advised maintenance of situation and supposedly fixed, but we froze and were extremely uncomfortable both nights.
Summary: Would have been perfect if the heat worked, but it didn’t so we were extremely uncomfortable both nights.
